Privacy notice

When you fill in the diagnostic enquiry form, Flowstate collects your name, phone number and email address, your answer about whether you own a business, and any other details you choose to share, so Ivan can contact you about the diagnostic and AI partnership and prepare for your call.

If you requested the quoting workbook, Flowstate collected your name, email address and phone number to deliver it, send practical follow-up emails and let Ivan call you about your quoting and whether Flowstate can help.

Where your details go

The website is hosted by Netlify. Diagnostic enquiry form details are stored with Netlify Forms, Notion (our customer records) and Supabase (our marketing database), and Ivan gets a Telegram message with them so he can call you. Workbook requests went to Kit for email delivery and follow-up. If you book a call, Calendly handles your booking details. These providers may process information outside New Zealand.

After booking your call, you can complete a short business quiz about your office staff, business challenges, goals, AI experience, timing and investment. Answers, including anything you type under “Other”, are stored with Netlify Forms alongside your booking reference and contact details and copied to your customer record where the booking can be matched. They help Ivan prepare for your call. Quiz answers are not sent to advertising platforms. Your booking stays confirmed if you choose not to complete the quiz.

Your choices

The forms require your name, email and phone number. You can choose not to submit them. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email, or ask Ivan to stop calling or emailing you.

Campaign information

We may record which campaign or page led to your request so we can understand which route is useful. We do not put your contact details in advertising tracking links. We use the Meta pixel on these campaign pages to measure visits, form submissions, workbook signups and confirmed call bookings from our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta may use cookies and browser or device information to match activity with its services. We do not send the name, email or phone number you enter in these forms to the pixel.
